End Posts

These ends of fence posts with their amazing colours and shapes were stacked in a local hardware yard just begging for their photograph to be taken. The jpg web image does not begin to show the striking depth and beauty of the hues emerging from each pressure treated end. The image evokes for me many parts of different stories, squares cut out of multiple images,boxed memories from the lives of people long gone.
