Baseed in rural Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland, I live in an old croft house with my family, three dogs, ten ferrets, one rabbit and far too many chickens!
With a background in both school and home education, I now concentrate on my interests in various art and craft forms including drawing, painting, mixed media, weaving and textiles.
I believe that creative expression enhances our human existence and should be accessible to all.
I run adult creativity courses and workshops in the North East as well as allowing time for my own work to evolve.
Collaborating with Steve Wilkes I have started running Digital Photography courses which aim to combine the practical and the artistic elements of lens based media- see workshop section for further details or contact me to be put on a mailing list for future classes.
